·         Engineering 480V to 38kV switchgear
/ t& C8 S# ^2 n: k$ }( ]& L6 w0 E
% m1 c, j/ V) k/ B6 I1 _·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters
! d3 U' S6 c$ d5 Z! j
. O$ ~- L, x) C$ O·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

- a; n- G4 t6 J( `0 g7 k2 R( J·         Reviewing vendor drawings

·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
! V; _+ b% @  x" l" r/ m; t# ^' k% c
·         Assist project management and estimation with draft budget changes, based on customer design/scope changes.

$ a% ^2 m! a  m+ D% Y; d·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

·         Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

·         BSc in Electrical Engineering
2 G3 b! \' v- F- {( o( K
" G+ u1 f' C5 j0 F5 q) a·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training

7 A1 y. w, P5 N3 U- T, P% D( Z% V·         Attention to detail is a must
$ X* L: o* Q$ |0 j
·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset
6 N" M$ t; }2 G1 n2 u
·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset

3 o! m  M2 j  e$ f2 p·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

·         Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·         Ability to manage the engineering of multiple projects simultaneously

7 M& U, v* C, ?  b  a! @! C2 z·         Strong written and oral communication skills.
