This resource will be responsible for the following:

Identifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
' y* [3 T& `% ?0 `3 u1 nRecommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
  ]; a* {8 O3 L$ g: F& D5 qProduce 4+1 architectural view design documents
2 g& I& H0 L3 ?Provides the overall design and structure to the application.
Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
+ b) x( [( [+ |; A- O% ?Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
/ L; T2 F0 S! o6 _4 @6 GEnforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
2 s( L$ v1 c/ d0 b0 ~6 Z5 a3 SAssists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
# i! Y/ T2 B* D" RProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
6 `" S; _' f$ u3 A3 }" K- gGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

) K' `: O  U6 A! ]9 a9 L, MMinimum 6 years of solid hands-on VB.NET coding experience.
Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience
Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server
Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
