The qualifying period is the shorter of:

! {+ X* U/ E4 X& n2 G其实是想要弄清楚的是在如果生育前申请了EI maternity benefits，那么生育后 申请EI parental benefits的时候要满足的qualifying period 到底是怎么计算的呀。% e0 l d* S8 k @% o- M, m, S. W( Z
