Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident.+ p: l5 R# K$ F

A man wearing a balaclava and holding a handgun was seen in the area on two previous occasions — the first at 4 p.m. last Friday near the Snow Valley ski hill parking lot and on Saturday on the Terwillegar Drive footbridge. ! A7 o- L n/ q' @; T$ B
