关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
Two (2) secondary identity documents
, o! r. T0 I+ o8 m! iA copy of two of the following:
8 Z3 ?$ |* S4 c1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
6 F8 ?- A' o  k2 ~8 y- E2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
$ Y2 O; q8 c- t+ ]3. your University/College student card
4 p8 z* i  a7 i+ K% K
; `8 j% \" o5 b* l我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
