求教关于父母移民

父母移民已经收到体检通知，但同时要无犯罪证明，现在父母在加拿大，查了一下官网说如果人在加拿大要做指纹鉴定，但到警察局他们只给做了无犯罪证明，有没有谁的情况和我一样的，你们是怎么办的，请给些建议。

Did they ask you to offer the canadian police certificate? Or only Chinese police certificate?

As I known, you don't need canadian police certificate unless you are asked to do so.

( B3 F( B0 c$ T& k# @: E        You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18. It is your responsibility to contact the police or relevant authorities and apply for the required police certificate.
* q& K3 O) e; c5 r+ t        Instructions and information on obtaining a police certificate from any country can be found on our Web site at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/inf ... ice-cert/index.asp.
5 J6 ~1 |4 n$ z% |+ y) M        The original police certificate from each country must be received by our office within 60 days from the date of this letter.  Failure to provide us with the original police certificate may result in your application being assessed on the information available on your file and may be refused.
9 K: @& ]; ~9 i( s! P  I5 y  O- t        If you have already sent in the updated police certificate, you do not require to resend it.
8 z  y5 a* A; }9 N. L        Please send your police certificate(s) to our office at the following address, and quote your file
number on all your correspondence with our office.
我父母在这住了一年半了，是不是也得提供无犯罪证明呢？

这里已经说得很清楚了,自从18岁起,你居住过的每个国家,只要连续居住期超过6个月,则这些国家的无犯罪证明都要做.
