This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
. h" [) A) }! ~1 ?+ ?0 X•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
" J6 d  X& I8 ^2 k•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

2 Q# ^/ c$ K# sAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

% g. l7 ]; Y7 ~! l8 R" T! ~) |•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements

( d! a8 ?9 E7 l) N•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
/ U3 T0 l" `' P# F- M•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
, X% |3 K9 _# ], O; u9 H•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
# }. E3 R% G$ S0 j0 |•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
0 g  D8 l9 U; T, o3 |+ @) U•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
