Mandatory Qualifications:

1 C# G+ {4 P1 D# e7 e# a% M% T8 P•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

) N3 p( {/ @2 ~•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

0 l5 Q) H2 Z9 S% X+ F1 y/ {•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

9 y* s0 h* p, x; ?+ H& j•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
