Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

' T) P/ n! J' E( d2 y! c•        Complete and post staff schedules
& f8 m5 z' w* |2 s) _. T# t•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
$ {) _$ C% b5 n3 K' L•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
0 h7 x8 y2 i2 i•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
/ I, i; j, r: J* r7 N•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
8 [6 n# T* n5 I% @8 z9 w; e3 h•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
( L( p0 h" `/ P' p1 K* `. _+ U/ z•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
% R8 J- ], N. w: U6 MExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
