Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

•        Complete and post staff schedules
7 Q) g5 _, C6 L% K& U•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines4 s- E9 M3 X/ i+ i: H2 J
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management) x7 S6 }8 o% n! `
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
* ^* {/ e: |+ \•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! t+ \1 V3 V6 x. f) F# D2 J  G•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed# d4 o! h. c) X4 C3 `+ p
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees' m7 L0 K/ e/ g
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
  N, Z+ ]% F! c•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
. Z: v3 i. Y  F. `7 ^•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:% v6 ~5 m, m5 ~0 \( c; M* V$ A

1 T; x# B0 o5 q3 ~8 iExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
% ^- P0 z) r  U! D% Y0 X* V* wCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)/ q" e5 }/ I! S6 W, i9 @( a# {
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion/ d! [$ y2 C* A! Q9 h; n$ ?+ A2 r
