7 U7 Y# d# G1 B) \# O• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines7 m) P g) Y. q. `& ~: h
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management/ f( ?9 g. @; W1 \7 ~# w
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff1 \9 f) c: B+ [
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! f9 Z, x& L+ |, ?. j• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed0 w. l6 S. l% a( B2 K7 o& h
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees G0 w6 u+ p% x- k$ ]2 f
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
; h! m) e! ~& \7 k6 l• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset9 g' H# z* j% i8 [
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)

Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
