Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

3 w9 l; {* K$ t" U! z•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
6 L4 T0 B6 P) t7 Q" p•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
: R! X7 C8 f: p+ R3 b•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
: q4 s; [3 s# d+ j; B•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
7 V/ v% }3 E6 }% _0 f•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

9 S' x* X; M1 WEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
' t8 L  E/ ]" T! hExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
9 P; F2 s+ u9 K! Z: H% MCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
