• Complete and post staff schedules
0 ]8 s2 P2 y5 `+ V# c9 t• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines" c6 y: H9 V& Z8 M
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management/ o3 _' r9 x* w" O) O; [
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
7 C7 I) o) `7 z• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
2 v' J7 C! c- ^- ]* D• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed9 \2 ~$ p I+ ?5 w
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees' j2 [1 e2 k6 \" r: h" e* l* A3 N
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway/ X$ v5 g0 O& M ]9 r

• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
* P$ S4 O0 N4 r& [% aExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset9 i% I$ K T( T3 p& z% I
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
* p% f& j" [' X2 ]. h3 WPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
