Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

( @; ]0 A* H% _- w$ s5 s•        Complete and post staff schedules
7 U7 Y# d# G1 B) \# O•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! f9 Z, x& L+ |, ?. j•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
; h! m) e! ~& \7 k6 l•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
: q* P- q2 [& Y/ K1 l. `•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

( p! K9 h& d" [Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
$ L, E  F( D8 y$ h2 Y' I/ G4 A! FPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
