9 n" X* I1 {) _- G• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
$ L0 ^) O% ?% Y• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management7 Y* X% a3 c L$ s
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff% n' X+ n' Q- A& U5 x
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
9 k; G" T, ^; F• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
, f8 }- O* _: K3 y5 P/ Q# Y, g• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

4 f2 }4 |; f" o$ kPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
