• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines1 c: H( ^5 E$ o/ P0 T. ] }9 L
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management1 \$ N1 i& J, A
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff$ N) a8 l1 ]2 k! Z) C3 F2 v3 c
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
% K. u! ~ K7 p7 Y# K3 u# J7 S3 Y• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed, c2 O6 d3 K; W9 n
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees3 L7 F4 l4 [! ]0 W
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales; B6 `& M V5 e# T4 {
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
7 S* g# m) _1 i! r; o2 F• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway6 [% f' d' c# L: {3 |% T
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:& s" {" Z& m' g& v9 j
0 G/ {) C/ v$ U" M+ }% U& L% qEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
" w p" C. F: J. V+ O- }! p2 \; [9 EExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset" S7 s; k V$ D5 `
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
& v d* l( Z' @' q' BPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
