• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines9 C1 l: s, f! L
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
6 L4 T0 B6 P) t7 Q" p• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed4 O ?0 h2 ]- }; k: n: ^
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion- H4 s8 o& d* }4 T& ~
