Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
! x0 t, `' [6 D. Z5 Y6 z•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
. d8 v9 ~, G- O+ F) |+ M6 E•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
' S3 l5 R" [0 @! m! `•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
( n# ]+ V2 B# K, [•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
9 a/ G1 J+ Q& k. ?8 t0 _1 F•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:

' U+ i/ G1 M7 ^8 oEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
' X9 @7 \4 n' ]5 i$ k1 a/ mCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
