Heading to Edmonton Canadian Derby Half marathon this August, 6 o- F+ A" W/ a! h: D, y
just wondering if there is any marathon runner around here doing training too? ! C0 j; E# } k* j
& C# f! a1 Y: J* V- Q( `8 L8 ^" c
If you are doing mileage around 30 to 35 km per week, we could be good training partners. 7 V6 s& y; F. Z9 }
7 ]. J5 d ^" B7 E& SBy the way, my race time for 5k would be around 22:00, 10k race time is around 46:30,
" [9 d- j$ `0 f# E' B9 `targeting half marathon at 1:40:00 (first timer);

' t. ^: ]" o$ V6 b1 E6 B, TLooking for runners who are close to my level, prefer you are faster than I am, don't mind if you are a little bit slower. n* T- U! o' z9 V1 [- c, R
Not ideal if you are way too faster or too slower than I am:
