Job Description:
•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
# S# z# O' K' z$ {- x. Y; Y+ J* V* L•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
•        Sell merchandise to customers
•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
% ~' m" `+ Y  m- |) `& |+ N•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
1 t$ ]9 M( k" C& h( k  x/ B•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff


Employment requirements:
# F' S8 d5 A! J; H•        Completion of secondary school is required
4 c2 }% H0 H( }/ L& B, e9 d/ G3 V•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
