•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
% U; R+ F+ s8 `•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
, m) X/ z1 X3 r" f5 L) ~3 M' b•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
' }2 g3 e0 }: t•        Sell merchandise to customers
% J, T1 B. F. s! m8 z$ e( y& \: J•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

•        Completion of secondary school is required
