• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers

• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise

• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages # `# I2 D v& P: w' ~2 T; k1 u

• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters - c- }% }3 X! R; n6 v2 o
