Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
) d0 W" H8 }" ?6 J& M& Z) i HRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm* g! U2 Z% |% H; k& y3 `7 u
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
5 D& Y: m' C# g+ R% utheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for5 a0 a0 t5 i2 ^ R3 `: C Z% f
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an* w" f& c7 U8 P# l' Q
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It( r- n, g, o4 w2 \" I z/ G- T
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
, _. R8 l% ^9 p+ y, H7 `+ D) Kfun, and supportive environment.
# v" S$ ]# d! fEach family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
8 b; z% ?( G( V" Kregistration is required; a snack will be provided.2 M; y% e% M1 f8 H y: W6 p
