Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm0 k2 P2 Y" k% |2 C+ z# d j6 i
Rhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm
: }6 ?/ u/ k ]: y) V6 x9 sThis “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
* X6 x6 C1 b' u' ~& D( ?their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for# @4 [) f8 {! i2 m
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an- b6 l5 J% T! w- i
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It |4 h2 z: z. w x
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
% N; O3 |3 s1 n# ^% y0 w/ D! {fun, and supportive environment.
7 U& V. b& W5 ^/ K2 ?$ P( O$ |Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No6 c8 M; C j6 _0 n
registration is required; a snack will be provided.
