Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
: T- J: V' O2 Y9 SWages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
4 o8 m+ s& }1 R/ F$ P* F8 {Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
5 o, v; \) p6 }•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
1 D6 U9 m: t# l•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
* P8 N# I2 T+ L' Z  c  |! r, ^! ]•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
# m/ y/ X) C5 {* g7 a•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
' P0 s9 ~7 G, m* z2 F8 h•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
4 U% H8 V6 Z) M# b* b' y•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
# E: e9 n, p5 S•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
