•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- z- T( E; K0 e# X, l- V8 C•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
! B* f1 X; `/ @. X( ]•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 R( ?0 A. ?; i4 [$ z" V' V- ~•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  r4 @4 ~5 }. t4 R# ]. E' N•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
' p* z% x7 T5 `9 S, \•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
0 W+ B* m: B" v( H+ [% S3 ^•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
