0 \% @# {" g# W0 M/ e•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
3 l. a$ S% y) a6 X  u8 q: O•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
5 ~" l+ }/ E1 U# o•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
: }, ?8 a* @2 O* `: U•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
, x% N  D! x+ g8 G6 K0 ]•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

. ]! P2 y) O/ Q( s, |1 R! J, T$ U% oJob Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
+ c6 M$ u/ K" w  a/ Y5 u& f. b•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
