Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

  ^4 N6 ]& _; M+ _Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
) `4 g' k7 }- ]" @! B•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
$ w0 v" G5 J$ p  u' z: N•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
( W2 u/ ?; F, q, A* f" a•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- u4 L! O/ S% `•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Z# |! f% e4 m, H/ P- H  Q•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
4 Q% `; g/ d( `4 `1 M•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
1 T, z/ Z- i: @6 X•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
