! c% l+ ^* x+ V  O•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
* C  j5 q/ X# Q9 x5 }4 n. s•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 Z* ]. R1 @. n( ]  e6 R•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
7 Y$ S3 S$ {1 S& u2 I' [# {3 R•        Completion of secondary education is required
2 `0 f, H2 {9 H% ]•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
0 f5 N  z+ Y. s•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
