  \0 a; A* S9 V* b9 L•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
" Y' d0 P3 |4 u7 F( ^•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
1 E3 e7 [! f1 z4 E•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
1 E' U+ g8 I- J; N•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 r) T7 S; L' D- P- `; T4 {$ h•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
% m4 y( T/ K# C•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
& e* [7 F7 q; y7 {; p1 w# f•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
0 o9 ?$ I6 M: ]6 K: A•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
