% S4 T* t* _* S$ W g4 BReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.9 e- S3 c5 V/ `+ d
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.5 I$ C: T# [& }! f
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
' G0 `7 T% Y7 z t• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.' p/ G- v& I: f" D
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
$ \# W& x; D) D$ Q6 h• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
) p% V* Z8 J0 G5 D, T" C• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).+ B, l: I1 c1 {0 d. W! H. A
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program./ |6 m J1 a. b
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.7 Q- I3 r* ^: v* c" H
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:3 G& O9 P1 V$ V9 j& O1 h. Y! |1 S- U
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. 1 D9 J4 {: a3 m
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. . Q N8 u/ e1 Y4 P( ^
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
