$ O0 ]) s% J8 k6 c8 Y' O9 tReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
. S$ U% e4 q) k! Z8 h7 [2 t* U•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
0 m6 \+ r+ C: O8 X# R•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members." p3 G4 y- U+ Q/ O
•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
- w, B4 y6 z% e) `( d•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
3 ?: e' c8 q+ w! P8 O2 j•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. $ R* L( }+ y, e7 t7 e7 E
•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
3 b# D, \. J( @  ~! r. e9 r•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
" c. J, |4 J* e' q, ]•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
0 ?2 y; p0 K( s( N- b9 C  V2 m+ }•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).. B! Y) v' ]( p8 Y  e& _
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
4 n* o" l6 F' s: f. e3 B•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.
) Y# A( W1 ?9 n5 w•        Attend and participate in departmental meetings.* ]1 _/ P! Q  L% O/ L
•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.4 @) v& u3 `# @0 c
•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality., f1 I3 a! f2 Z; b( Y3 y9 R
•        Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

, d: @+ F- y  ]Requirements:
9 K7 q9 s0 s5 `) r* y•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. 0 k! k; b! q% F& W+ `) Y. x0 J
•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
+ b" u9 C  e8 N6 S+ ]•        Strong Union Relations experience required.   }/ q, `3 I6 w1 Z$ j. _  ]. D4 E
•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset." d& |5 f" a8 {4 M0 U! q  G! l
•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
