• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
- w, B4 y6 z% e) `( d• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
3 ?: e' c8 q+ w! P8 O2 j• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. $ R* L( }+ y, e7 t7 e7 E
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
3 b# D, \. J( @ ~! r. e9 r• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
" c. J, |4 J* e' q, ]• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.

• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.4 @) v& u3 `# @0 c

• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

, d: @+ F- y ]Requirements:
9 K7 q9 s0 s5 `) r* y• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. 0 k! k; b! q% F& W+ `) Y. x0 J
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
+ b" u9 C e8 N6 S+ ]• Strong Union Relations experience required. }/ q, `3 I6 w1 Z$ j. _ ]. D4 E
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset." d& |5 f" a8 {4 M0 U! q G! l
• CHRP Designation is an asset.
