# s6 P- C7 C8 ~; ~The qualification depends on Residency, not have to be immigrants. Also, The Eligiable medical expenses include "premiums paid to private health services plans", so the health insurance could qualify for the claim.

那么visitor可以报吗？这个是主要问题。

No,If you do so, you ask pay back with interest in some year after they found
