The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as3 O B7 j0 R( j. P2 E
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 G* {" E [5 O: X# d( D
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.' K4 m' e; J8 c( {+ W
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
: V4 a. K+ {, [8 Q! }• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
1 m7 [7 Z+ r% C1 p• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role./ F f" }) ~2 _8 `# j
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
' X0 g) `! c' t9 }$ B& x. J• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required- R4 \! G$ V7 o, H X C
• Some field operational experience
: U, v. {0 N, j6 S+ e• Some knowledge of the services company provides

$ }- D% G/ ~2 S6 W补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

0 g" k7 u7 N( }, e8 Z( B有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。/ r0 M$ }9 B0 p [! Q* c# c
E* l1 C( n9 L希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
