who  can apply，  说
4 P7 Y3 G4 T1 K7 p# TTo apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you must:
- g% Y/ j/ S1 Q. M; d* H' b
•be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;
5 C# b0 S& V, F7 @1 ?5 [•be found admissible to Canada; and
•meet certain other conditions
没有明确提到是给已经申请移民的人。
