Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.
+ c: o- P: j( H8 q! PMajor Responsibilities and Accountabilities, d0 g/ J+ l2 J3 V( ]# M
•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.( [0 X5 k- t3 K  P! n
•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations./ [/ h; n- D" {; x
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
9 Q/ D1 T7 ^" t5 K! i, ]4 \o        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release8 K/ w) W/ f: ~+ u% \% o1 o
•        Assist where needed in application questions.5 X# l& z- T) V0 ^
•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
4 R( f) t4 I' L/ j- D) w! lo        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
  P3 `+ W* r: @; Po        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed

o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
3 u8 Q9 D* C7 L5 |4 Lo        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
- L/ O, p" @  t' Q•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
6 X# ?/ j" Y0 J) Q* wo        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports

o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.) l& k1 e8 K3 B% Q
o        Act as technical applications expert on development team.- g( l$ E  S& g) m# S$ j
•        Assist in Sales support & training.( c: p" J' j  f6 N  l/ k* q9 n
•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

' H; m( `0 N& u1 }2 q5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers& s% }( e) x) \* q8 C0 i+ J
List of Skills/Qualifications       
: K) f& e3 C8 w7 j9 w$ S•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
2 N4 i4 S7 `! r3 a2 i6 W+ B& H•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software 4 T: t- h! D/ _( `( I" ^/ [( O
•        Proficient in software use and writing.
+ H* \% h3 D  B3 k/ D5 ?' M/ @•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.7 t4 Q  Y" K! k

•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
