Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.( [0 X5 k- t3 K P! n
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations./ [/ h; n- D" {; x
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
9 Q/ D1 T7 ^" t5 K! i, ]4 \o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release8 K/ w) W/ f: ~+ u% \% o1 o
• Assist where needed in application questions.5 X# l& z- T) V0 ^
• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.

- L/ O, p" @ t' Q• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

• Assist in Sales support & training.( c: p" J' j f6 N l/ k* q9 n
• Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person. To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

' H; m( `0 N& u1 }2 q5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers& s% }( e) x) \* q8 C0 i+ J
List of Skills/Qualifications
: K) f& e3 C8 w7 j9 w$ S• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.

• Proficient in software use and writing.
