> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

0 y7 e, }* z6 K! X5 }: B  @> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
- D" }) s  R3 e: C3 `- k> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
. e. T9 U$ F# e. d! }> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
6 O5 f1 B2 N5 A! G> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
* f: G# x; p% H9 f2 K> network, VPN, etc.

% l: F, _6 {9 u) Y> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

9 M/ g/ v9 I% @' t5 ^> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.

% A" ~5 L- d/ o# `. ]! C- ^8 \> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network

> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

7 _5 O# E- Q# h> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
- k( [$ Y2 p; [" O0 N" \> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 x% w) o$ G/ k) }! v1 y% a( t7 m> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
; q8 ?% L- J+ u, y' B) I4 E> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
