, f! d! Y* ]4 c, f$ s- p> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
( L# h# \# I/ Z% s2 O7 u> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
' @4 C0 _- j5 z3 f. y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
2 I% L' `; H- o; ~> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
! [  x& ]3 Q0 z+ `  P> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
; T+ Q5 m9 l# D$ ?  S- K> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
8 |# o! @/ N/ }> and networking.
4 N' X3 L* P9 a( u$ J> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
& C: ^6 ^8 a" b> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
