如果你生病了，别人说一句： "Hope you are feeling better soon", 这个很常见。

可是如果别人说一句： “Hope you are feeling better real soon."
加一个 “real " 有什么特别含义吗？仅仅是加重语气？相当于Very？这种用法常见吗？

两者的差别？后者可能要求你多干活

，也有可能missed you... 或者看到你很痛苦，真的希望你快点康复

说 "Hope you are feeling better real soon" 这句话的是一个Canadian （当地人）。

Don't think about it too much. The person who said that really hope you could recover soon - kind way to express...here, "real" is an adv., like "very", it's just a different way of saying...
