Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
/ u. m, T5 A& D' GShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
% x  C, n1 ^: v0 t' c! Y•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
* n& D; a1 {' _3 Q) Q+ T•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
% ?- E* @; p5 B8 M•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

7 u( W# b, _4 j+ y0 ~•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
& T7 d% {3 I8 F! c! L0 ?. {•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.

•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
