•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
5 @! V. l" I- e% l2 Q•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
+ H" i) J0 [0 D7 E( P; J7 l/ ]# _/ `•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

! e8 X. s) X2 k5 a2 Q•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
