Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

/ |: Q  U( a. @. ~! i* T3 ?•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
/ u$ U/ ~! ?* }4 d' _/ y6 ~3 z  U' G•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
9 z5 W" Z4 y; r! s•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
: t5 e( u6 ?- J1 ~2 {•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
# Y2 I0 e* L  f$ f6 h" k•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
; `% g$ z8 e+ W5 a9 P" {' c1 L5 f0 k7 L•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

7 r  ~; _6 B  k+ p% U
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
( `$ G0 V& t$ g, F# K, H•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
5 v1 m) ]; S$ w•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
9 L5 P. [6 k' Q•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
