Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

" j( C2 c: H5 q6 l7 E9 {. K•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
% L7 o4 r2 O1 J5 E- q0 f•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
; J4 H  E6 G' @- w•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
6 w* J. N/ D3 p' U% k•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
, J9 C! g5 F: z; p$ I/ O•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
* n. ?8 n. x3 g6 ]9 o" V! n•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
  e+ T) I* N7 l9 r9 {•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
' u; [9 A( t6 R4 H% W& O•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
