Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
$ e- F& {; l$ K% {' P/ {9 E. {! s1 r•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
8 {8 d1 U. q) L" X/ |•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
& a1 f1 N  g$ M3 ^: ~1 Z•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
3 d, _) u+ W# V. p! y•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
) R6 |7 X: d3 `+ h) x9 c6 U" b•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
