$ T3 T; ?! ~+ B, T% L' Z8 i) f* M•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
9 z1 w+ d8 x3 \4 {$ C•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
1 N2 E6 W* R: u4 F; [4 Z•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
; `2 N9 U! q' T+ i•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
6 i  x9 K0 h: z. {$ v•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
1 F6 F/ j: q7 |) s/ Y0 v•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

8 a) y2 d" X: g5 U" Y. _, N4 c! `•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
( d3 t- k6 N5 [2 x1 C•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
; v5 f. |" r6 |1 J! r. Q•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
