Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
9 ~, [. e6 Y! r8 T. `" ~) eWage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
$ o9 N8 b2 F+ N2 H0 ^4 k& c3 H•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 O" k/ l5 t" }$ H) p•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
( `* p. w$ }$ X, c$ ?; s+ C0 ^
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
