The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

& \" P* p: r1 ?6 ^, BResponsibilities include:
• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
• Program implementation
• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
- d) k' s1 O8 J) D. ^, W" q• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
: N! w! `; f, B: }4 D2 k• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
• Behavior management
• Medication Administration
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
& z6 L; B: z. I9 v% w- j• Completion of a high school diploma
' B8 P, |' D% X• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
4 |8 F& ?. c* }2 C" ?• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
7 Z! a9 _' L& E2 Q- ]• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Standard First Aid with CPR
3 Q3 t0 a: F, Z) C5 n1 i" i" o1 n5 w• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
" B  z! q5 n6 [0 g( p! ?6 W2 T* Z• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training
