I am an experienced English tutor with a PhD in Canadian History working at the University of Alberta. I have worked with ESL students at various Canadian universities and have a proven record of success. I am a native English speaker able to speak Mandarin Chinese fairly well. I have an excellent understanding of Chinese culture and the unique challenges Chinese-speaking students face in an English environment.
