Role/Function:
|! {! [$ \# R) V1 dThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in4 ?8 N- h9 d3 p/ m1 a
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
5 H1 w- B1 ^' ~1 b" g( }· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
% z0 Y/ v; J' e) l& ^· Verify pricing and availability of product;
9 Y; _# z# B, s· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;* P0 C z/ q; G' }+ s7 |0 v1 r5 j
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
+ ~: N" }" g, |5 v/ h· Collect payments for cash account orders;
1 c# A8 | K4 ]# d2 V7 U· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
; h9 ?4 V! s u, W. w· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;5 s9 A1 B, r. P9 E6 x/ X
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
4 A( A3 R( g3 H- D( N4 vdatabase;
1 V- q- c6 c- t) G( Y" t6 \· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;6 p3 y. _8 l: q9 O0 w5 v( f, r
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
3 ^& |) {& f" ]/ j1 U· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;) z& `$ `$ k. n! r
Qualifications/Requirements:, P/ @2 ]$ M: m' q7 ^# x. `# ~. Y
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain7 Y' }) _7 C$ i8 @- l
lasting relationships with customers;: G: M6 ~" x `+ X
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
& L2 ?" @; y7 ?2 ?· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
4 v, |1 n2 M7 X+ ]$ `7 U· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
5 K% O4 `* D( |- G· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
. n( C) E9 B0 z# ^· Excellent organizational skills;
