person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;" ~+ G5 P$ P' F( |) J3 I3 A% g
· Verify pricing and availability of product;! `0 b0 M; G `; H. u( C; A
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;9 _! y; h5 v @# C: v3 C% T0 A
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
+ b( D2 Y$ ?! @! o7 ?9 M: v1 @· Collect payments for cash account orders;
+ a: ]& m# D& j7 U· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;1 A& R" ^3 n# n9 Z; {0 j; A* y
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
4 d l; n( D C. P( c· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate9 z# o0 f2 Z* ^1 E, Y
database;
! m5 W7 r; ]1 H J' |# F· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
, ^2 _" [& e% [% N0 @· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;9 \% C8 H- \1 v- o1 w
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;6 C, z7 m9 F. `7 }# K
Qualifications/Requirements: h) @6 ?7 v1 Y; S, e
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
* l: c6 U8 W/ M5 B- ulasting relationships with customers;8 g& {- C9 p: m- T' p1 D) U
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;6 ]+ ?9 ^8 s- h8 l: p
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;/ p) {6 R) E) h2 v# ~
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
- y2 u4 J( u" r; N _· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);6 G; W( o* W# }' `
· Excellent organizational skills;! X+ J. l" G1 [+ b
