The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
) K# U, U% O/ W4 t5 Tperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining9 G  P# u7 t( I0 Z+ n& s
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet1 h5 L; g0 M4 g* h8 ~4 h1 [
client demands are key components of this position.0 s3 |0 K* V! ^, f% y1 c# v+ x
Responsibilities:
7 h7 ~$ w/ N* w& `· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;7 L* f$ `9 Q2 g  M  s* K7 t' d
· Verify pricing and availability of product;* |5 D- D& |+ b! [
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
$ i, l. n2 O! S% ^· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
4 u/ q: Y4 R; I4 o. H. y; Y· Collect payments for cash account orders;* }6 `/ O' K9 S: I, n* Z
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;" p8 K+ D/ Y" D; b; M& Z% L
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;8 o- E1 s5 i8 j* U- b) H
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
6 n; e9 W  q2 @$ n$ u$ ~& wdatabase;
) J; X4 f2 E5 j( Q· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;) k# m0 X5 X' U! S. ?1 I/ I
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
7 S" n% h  G8 r# F· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
; {1 m$ r* m& x/ PQualifications/Requirements:2 r0 o- e/ l: ~4 \/ O
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
+ J+ r1 |: D5 P+ E/ clasting relationships with customers;7 c9 x, F3 V% U& b; i) `  e
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;6 b  W; x. Y" _" I* x
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;9 ~( ?. t2 U/ Y
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;) {7 i% {. c% Q) I: E6 t# J
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);) r9 a% A" G! F* W7 z  C/ S
· Excellent organizational skills;
