The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in( Q8 m; p% h3 r) p' N
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining9 V& c: F2 n, y2 M; F

Responsibilities:
O; o2 Y R! J+ i/ z· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
( V8 [. e- {# G" f# a0 P/ Q· Verify pricing and availability of product;, J, }; p5 k: j' f0 r' s
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
9 t# X' t% u$ p5 b/ i, F: B· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;6 ~& Z8 p6 f3 I
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
! a, _( O; G* E. ]· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;0 o3 R$ C' V! y. L+ C+ ?
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
) u/ r. S8 F/ N7 N: ~2 G· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
$ t3 z) k% n M i9 |& f3 L; i: ^database;$ Y: I, C8 {' h! u) T9 W, l
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
( G2 D/ O. T5 |! L) j \2 I· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
: Q: z; s) p+ }- g) r1 F% d% S$ }· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
1 Z' J1 v, g- n+ ZQualifications/Requirements:

lasting relationships with customers;4 A9 z; W, h. g. A
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;0 V% i9 L5 b+ g0 p" @5 W
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;; t u$ d, e& Y8 { M/ ]
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;

· Excellent organizational skills;
