可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
& A1 Q; O% h# I9 I+ A& l) J不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
! }1 H5 T( D  p- \+ ~唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.
