Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

& D6 f, b( a% `; U" T; t3 }" CDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

. C* k, \7 J: B: ] Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
. E( R0 K# u. G% X9 u3 G Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
) k+ F7 A' [. J! U+ ~ Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
$ j' p' M5 e7 M$ o) o Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
5 _. o) o7 g6 C6 A+ d/ f3 u A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
% X2 q1 i0 Z% N2 A4 Z( `* Y* `! c Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
2 a: a: a! I7 ~+ P3 p Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
( \+ g& @+ }' N8 r2 A* Z) U Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
