Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)9 l% _1 y; u3 F1 _% B. v% r* Z

' c# \. C' P" Z; e- l; OTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
! M+ z9 r- h, l$ K2 W
$ m- q8 [, K6 s* x" u4 W) m Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
2 H' K9 c, b1 a1 c- z' ` Take attendance if available
5 ?$ C$ L& j* v% z0 E/ O5 k* \% ~' G Provide positive modelling to youth
$ X+ y1 Q5 `" [8 s, H; d Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities; ?& o8 D# l. |
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
/ R6 Z Y1 n0 T$ e! F! e! | Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator$ L. F: n8 J& U- W
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips3 W0 b# z" P0 w
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
1 Z- Y" B7 \* B O8 J1 `0 {, J Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
% i. Q6 k/ i |+ J$ o5 H Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training3 A4 _ g( E8 v9 D
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
3 X) U, \' X* n/ |% ?, w% g Assist in program planning/design

- m3 G# L! s3 a- q+ o3 H Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
) o n& H6 n# H9 [ ^: B* ~! O1 N Able to work independently with minimum supervision; d' ]0 }9 U0 u$ X
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families

 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
