The Position
The Jerry Forbes Centre for Community Spirit: A Capital Campaign for 630 CHED Santas Anonymous, is looking for a
, y9 C7 J$ l% s" a7 cskilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
Duties and responsibilities
) \) e; C( J0 t. gGeneral
• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
0 ?7 @  Q5 U# X+ O% n# W• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
9 g+ ~3 n! z+ i; S! ~1 y• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
% @9 j0 x( V! F: S4 J% Z* H2 ?development, distributes and files same
$ l6 a" X9 n# m. e  M• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
• Archives files
) K3 e5 Z5 y# X. r• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
' \( b/ W7 y7 Z5 x9 |• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
. ]5 R3 i  v8 P9 X$ r! v• Appointment and meeting scheduling
( i& Z7 g  v1 }* X• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
Administration
• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as

9 G3 k, T0 t( y• Accounts payable complete to checks
• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
0 `" R7 u/ J" |) {• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
Qualifications
• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
( I: z6 X3 J$ g3 ?' v• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
- g% @6 S; N7 n/ {) A4 n) ssoftware (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required
• Clear criminal record check

' z: m9 R! ]+ e6 UHours of Work

and warehouse space to non-profit organizations in need -- and become a legacy of goodwill for decades to come.
