eat less, right now I am only eating salad, and go to YMCA everyday. keeping running for 1 hour. I lost 1.6 pounds in 2 days. I think 2 pounds every week is very good. ; n- T1 ^* l1 l( ]# }- D6 BI really want to go back to shape
