This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
g+ |1 i' @. _. N- H5 R$ B/ Z7 J• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners, W9 y( y( h3 \8 z# }9 B6 i
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs$ ?* F: `' T) Z2 d0 f( d
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
# F, B- j2 T: B9 f• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing5 \' o+ A' _* _, h3 N; B- z3 U

Preferred Qualifications5 c, ~0 y1 c7 b; N, }, j* y# H% a
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field! O2 t: C9 v1 |( Q+ I( ^ h
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse * X% L1 s0 y0 o0 B. Y) h$ m4 U
• Experience in project management & report writing ; q( J; K! |* Z8 k; k
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable& J- z! w/ ?' U
