Position Summary:
3 p3 j; o- [# y) c' g& W, T This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. & v: S. ?' p* H
& _# J$ |7 z! X& d VResponsibilities( i, y7 C! |* `; D0 S
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners. t# r) R& C; L7 Y# A
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs/ U7 w0 U0 R H: ^! D
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
% r& q; S4 M, T6 F! G( T% d• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications" ^; J7 ? J2 n- S
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
* X( m R4 P7 Z% g' i• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse 4 N5 @ X( ?% c2 B- ^
• Experience in project management & report writing
# h7 X! ~6 N0 d& U4 _8 m& [• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable1 e* i- q+ M6 h ^) ]3 y* `
