Position Summary:
, ~8 z7 S# V) D! U5 X& Y        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
& l4 @& N3 W* y( C( o" c•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
; X2 W* j, L( T* C•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
5 j' D/ a( J* Q5 z9 N•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

% A; H7 m, c3 hPreferred Qualifications
# S/ y7 d, i% Z0 w2 t•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
' `% h( C( }' w  p- D2 ]+ H9 @0 e* S•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
! n0 s5 @1 D9 B% _8 g•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
