7 y& T/ K1 F+ |Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
, m5 J8 r* ]0 ^+ T0 c* f§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
# s! W7 R9 b9 w, z- x6 }* ^  t! A§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
6 `' }3 p) H; O, ~0 t§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
6 g; f6 B# B1 A3 w
8 c8 W; H1 S1 b( X  {+ fPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
8 ]5 Q: p. y1 N5 z- L6 e, N% z4 n1 q§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
, y% z4 k9 e7 x& T§ Ability to use computers
0 \$ m1 a) w8 P7 a( Q0 j% Q§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
