§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
4 O$ x5 D  Z* A1 k7 s§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
1 E6 y7 @7 @. S) J2 w" J§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
* g- S# w) w' ?  ]! d0 `; C/ C§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
5 X. \3 \) D2 v7 v# \5 e% @( R
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
/ X* ^  \# X" a4 A; X! c( a§ High School Diploma
3 f, k6 E/ \5 B, H§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
5 w2 R) ?9 w/ K" S9 M8 B, k. V; C§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
% U) ^# C) T" k2 [: t( K6 t§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
