Duties & Responsibilities:
" I2 P# U' y1 C§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
/ {9 v/ w( q6 p% l! K' ?% e§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
% Q* {, ~4 V5 O$ D  d: m# k§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
1 z0 |- ^, U, Y* ~§ High School Diploma
7 o! w# G4 P, e! z§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
! E9 w# N# q$ y. B5 ~§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
/ d6 T: o9 c( k$ E: h7 M# J§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
