This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

% n$ _; `& s: o7 @. X8 P, MDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
1 Y: l2 m, O2 G+ I•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
4 V2 |# W. g0 Y•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
, m6 Y  x/ W$ |4 B6 ^1 C" A* x•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
6 l) D( i9 `" F2 l•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
•        High attention to detail.
•        Strong customer service orientation.
