This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
; b4 f# V! L/ i/ X$ l•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
; \$ I: z3 c4 O4 q: P- w•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
5 ~& Z; g7 x* Z, Y•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
6 Y# _3 E9 l  T+ }' a+ j•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
& |) w" O3 Q  G$ U) Z( ]•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
