FUNCTION:
) w% s+ a5 p! K0 H& RThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

% l5 C- ?) h; W" FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
2 \" h  g7 g1 C) Y, i•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
4 R- S) t7 k, ~/ o; g/ R* {6 {•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
