FUNCTION:
8 f5 u; v/ ~1 ]) WThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 `0 d+ ?* J  l: \2 u•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
% Q  f0 ?9 R$ [, N•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
: u4 w4 H0 l' u4 v•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
5 U* F* }6 x5 A0 z•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
