Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
+ I  h& z2 T5 Z- A5 {( J. _6 ~Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
' v. g- n9 v$ M9 C% vSchool)
" c$ @6 j1 Q: _! e. h3 r; L$ S0 EMust have supervisory experience
- E( B' J, k6 b2 _) tMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
: j1 Z! Z( E2 O% E9 ZMust be computer literate
  h; E  i  t' V7 F! g! `3 v$ _7 P0 xMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
