Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
% [; j' p6 N/ q% q4 y- W% j; n5 `player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
* D" H. U2 {" c3 Q0 T( p
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

% T) Q  J, V* S" D( m  @4 dJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
- S  C1 h# S& y0 h/ C8 V  u+ vMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
+ a2 D: L7 j( Z7 c* \Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
$ V" i* ^, y$ N2 RMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
6 U* P( q2 I; i# ~% x$ iMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
6 ~% F1 G( M; G# aMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
  u0 W* w6 D# s0 y" R  y% s! i( y$ U8 ?Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
% N8 b1 i( I) K( ?establish team.
