Position Summary
% q1 f* g  n7 b8 k6 sUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

0 R' Z" [9 E  d9 v& m( g$ M+ \To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
9 o9 O" _/ x7 c  d$ v3 YMust have supervisory experience
* P4 ~" [3 M1 P7 s2 xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
; N+ I- w7 I7 Z; Q6 {7 ]Must be computer literate
8 [/ X  u1 N# s) F3 I/ CMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
  A; H8 h) }4 J/ DMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
