Looking for a Room around UA campus ( 5月 - 6月 or 7月)

I am looking for a furnished room. I will be staying in Edmonton for about 2 months from May.

. E+ R9 y# \6 q  A" bMy budget is 350~450$ for month, inclusive of water, internet, utility. I don't mind having a housemate, but mind staying in a living room.  

7 o$ L+ W) g8 R! `4 nDoesn't need to be in a walking distance, but I would prefer place near to UA, because I will be working in the campus during the stay. If it is convenient enough to get to the campus in 20 minutes, it should be fine.
