我和老公情况和楼主一样，老公是留学生，我是移民，团聚还没有办，我们想尝试境外移民，就是递北京，因为能快点，您看可行么？

中的 C.6  应该是表明你是要那个 CIC  office 来处理你的case， 比如境内， 北京 或香港。

3 S2 p- r) ?" V5 G9 M( v3 @' N北京 或香港审理， 如果面试， 你必须 离开加拿大前往北京 或香港面试， 如果你没法拿到 团聚的移民签证，可能没法回加拿大了。

哭死了，这差别也太大了，早上还有朋友告诉我快的话4.5个月就下来，下午就有人说18个月。。。T-T
