lowest rate cell phone for just in case

Ever heard of Virgin mobile.
) N. N! t3 C9 V4 U5 c( @: t* B6 E' _) SI personally have no big use for cell phone but a friend of mine told me I should have one on highway. Virgin cell offers 15 minutes that last three months.
. W+ o' c1 k4 |2 BAnybody used it or know how much is that 15 minutes?
I have a Fido on the shelf disconnected because it was hardly used.
