What is the practice?

The ETIP program involves four phases:

What is the evidence of success?$ _* W3 G- S' Q4 f( w 
As of 2003, more than 80% of ETIP graduates over the past six years have 
/ O& R7 ~% u/ a) dfound engineering or engineering technologist employment in Alberta. 
1 ~6 T6 C+ P1 [: E- v9 y6 g' wIn 2004, 46 engineers graduated from the ETIP program. At the time of 
/ L, Q+ {8 t$ h4 `2 M, Vgraduation, almost half had secured employment in the engineering industry, 
1 s7 @# ~7 Q0 o0 Ewith over 90% employed at three months post-graduation.
