Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

2 K8 ?& ?1 W: n& p; XJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
) c0 J( f; u+ b. w  e; r. `2 _. c-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
9 x  W2 ~  V' X-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

# L: ?: I' Z4 |! }9 q6 A  z-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset

' B5 M2 w( _+ j# U4 ?& l-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
