! s8 j8 D3 Q$ `/ X, m) ^Job Description/Main Duties:
- E; a- r8 |- A% `  u1 }-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
! h: Q, O# {  o2 b-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
4 n0 w. x7 s0 D  S8 \0 I# [, ~-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
7 E; Y0 d: M6 i/ i8 H-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
4 r! i% S/ ]  x3 [& S+ c( B-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

-        Completion of secondary school is required
0 j4 B; i! b9 O+ {-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
5 \# v+ X) j/ T# Q7 _+ u- L* d-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
