Job Description/Main Duties:
4 J6 P& A# A8 b: m7 s" f2 {% M-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
4 x% n, [1 U* l' i, w-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
7 g! {4 e" z- ^; N: U3 ~; p- E-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
8 x. g4 a, F/ w  w) N& o-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
+ l. A( U, d. z- I+ T9 [  t$ b: v
-        Completion of secondary school is required
& T: |; w5 M9 W/ y% K! a7 R-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
) W8 p+ @# K7 a3 L, g/ H. {-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
" M# |* _5 \  f* w-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
