Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500.* x4 o1 l. c9 t1 w3 S6 h" r, N

BTW, the mission of a realtor is on behalf of the seller, is this right? Is there any kind of realtor on behalf of the buyer?
