! v, a4 V: a1 j) F$ R3 X2 C4 Usupport and software validation testing on existing and new products.
The successful candidate will work primarily with J2EE technologies on
4 j0 S. Z% N8 {. u: W+ Cdeveloped web-based software. Specific responsibilities include
configuration and maintenance of lab equipment, test planning, test
design, ASP/JSP development, test execution and reporting.

Experience with network documentation and planning and expertise with

% z, ]8 L3 \9 H2 w5 m  eprogramming experience would also be an asset.

Experience Required:  Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering or
related discipline.  2-3 years server support experience with at least 1

Technical Writer

Senior-level documentation tasks.  Primary responsibilities will include
researching, writing, and editing administration, installation, and

/ L4 E  \- O5 s( h. f; L( k1 o
Skills Required:  Strong research, writing, editing, and technical
5 A- k6 b) U/ w+ Qskills.  Familiarity with software development processes and software
/ J! ?* o; V. atechnologies.  Experience with documentation authoring tools such as
Dreamweaver, Robohelp, and Framemaker.  Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience Required:  Minimum of 8+ years experience writing
documentation in a formal technical writing environment, with a recent
' x* @; t  H( r! W0 f4 O' ?focus on documenting web-based applications.

The candidate will work with other writers, developers, and test
engineers in a team environment to create documentation for technical
and end-user audiences.
