My question is which of the following two interpretations is correct?6 c6 V( H# @7 o& c
" E' u: w. u, V! u7 Q' A
1. The progress will be evaluated on completion of Fall studies (First year student)$ b0 U- Q: m, V; Q1 ~
2. The progress will NOT be evaluated UNTIL completion of both Fall and Winter terms?
