He also proposed a law that would ban all sexual activity among persons

senator, he advocated the impeachment of then-Gov. Mike Lowry for alleged

and Boy Scout leader. He was also accused of misusing his office as mayor
to lure teenage boys for sexual relationships. West called the molestation
allegations "flat lies". However he admitted to having private online
& y3 h; f7 x0 X: U/ ?) `( prelationships in the past year through the Gay.com website (see ([3]).

West confirmed the accusations of meeting men over the Internet but denied
  b, t7 G8 n; ?7 {the charges that he had sought out minors (see[4]). Using the name "Right-
BiGuy" he allegedly offered internships to young gay men (some of whom were
just graduating from high school - none of whom, however, under the age of
18.

Ted Arthur Haggard (born June 27, 1956) is a former American evangelical

founder and former pastor of the New Life Church in Colorado Springs,

  i4 j6 i% o: G6 q9 d1 ebut as a media investigation proceeded he acknowledged that some allegations
! n9 k2 `. i  w8 G+ m, such as his purchase of methamphetamine, were true. He later added "sexual
immorality" to his list of confessions.[2]

After the scandal was publicized, Haggard entered three weeks of intensive
counseling, overseen by four ministers. In February 2007, one of those
* o+ ~' E' F0 }9 ~' R0 w: v& ^9 }ministers, Tim Ralph, said that Haggard "is completely heterosexual."[3]
Ralph later said he meant that therapy "gave Ted the tools to help to
embrace his heterosexual side."[4] As of early 2009, Haggard continues to
receive counseling, and now he says that he is a “heterosexual with issues.

On January 23, 2009, officials from Haggard's former church announced that a
young male church member had come forward in 2006 and that there was an "
overwhelming pool of evidence [of an] inappropriate, consensual sexual

wasn't a one-time act."[76] Haggard's successor, Brady Boyd, said the church
