Delivers, sorts and picks up mail, parcels, courier documents, cylinders, crates, dangerous goods, furniture, tack boards, tables and chairs, surplus equipment, and any related incoming and outgoing items6 B8 r* q6 W! V! A
Obtains signatures, scans traceable items into Palm Pilots upon delivery to departments
. l- C( F" w, \! Z& b) Z- bEnsures Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations are followed on TDG shipments inbound and outbound

Qualifications) ~$ `. g% |3 g. q" @. k) M+ X4 `
Valid Class 5 drivers license - the successful candidate will be required to provide a Drivers' Abstract and have completed a Defensive Driving course in the previous 2 years.2 f7 p, S+ _3 m: R" Y1 h+ g8 y2 k
High School diploma; previous driving experience required7 q! c5 q, Z0 c n) o
Current certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods; Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) certification' T- M6 g8 N& ~0 N/ M
Training related to proper handling procedures of Radioactive and Biohazard materials
