Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)
8 U& d$ w" `3 u/ O, t: hProvides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required
! ]0 q: e& i% \1 k( [Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
- `6 D+ f# ?% @# k" d; J: EDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
j0 `" z r8 ]+ M; T# c( uSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
# V5 a, L3 }* L+ V, mKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred9 l% I4 i/ D; k6 r' ]) D- |& V* n
