services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

1 R- ~" j- Y3 F6 fTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 2 R, m" E5 U4 X% Z+ B( `1 V2 q0 P) z
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
, `+ }1 C$ _* X3 z, O+ w- G0 A* sEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
" c* t5 t/ R: |+ e( {youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
# _' [* g4 Z' a, {9 M1 ain the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
4 s2 U" c0 D- z; Z* v; O2 yare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, & `& s, @( l# T
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
2 e$ c: }( ]' ^- w. _: Vaccountable to the project coordinator. : X) G$ D# M% L4 ~
P# x( n! Y/ N, Y7 x2 B
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
: w& l K2 r8 K9 Oschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is * f- c( R' K6 s7 P: S
desirable.

Qualifications
7 ]5 ~- _6 t9 v- D& l0 U3 e: f18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ! n$ }# J, _4 I3 M" S! I
Keen ability to organize and lead 1 O& [' G& W: k: E/ z
Regular attendance at meetings / P: q1 R7 d! P
Relate well with other youth and adults % A& c% f( `3 s+ x
Willing to be mentored and trained R: C, ?( ~/ V

$15 per hour plus benefits
