Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
. W5 s/ C1 p4 t+ Qtheir development.

$ Y. u& U" O+ yTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
& E2 p" H) \  k) h- k' ^hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
6 R9 s0 a2 F7 Jyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
/ ]. k3 C4 a7 P9 A: ?are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
# [  T3 a, e( c' {0 j5 s9 mbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
- h6 s/ H6 A# D5 @# @! b( X2 oaccountable to the project coordinator.

' r6 M  p' D" y2 X# zThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
1 v* }: |- e1 ?# @9 n4 f- e! mRelate well with other youth and adults
) R3 X. ]& \9 @5 Y. a1 k: YWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
