Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach ' b5 [( b2 [! P' H+ q: E
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing , Y* h' L9 j4 e" w
their development. 0 @9 M, C8 R& {3 p2 k2 d
$ M% s; I/ l* {( M0 OTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
5 g6 O* v+ ~7 I3 T, j2 bhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth * S$ X) M2 G8 n8 J9 e3 F" o9 {
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
; _, T) y8 d h# ?& i0 b0 Qyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved # z% H$ A2 t( _* j8 q. V4 u( R& O
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 3 K, w! I9 E! W. F7 Z8 Y
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
! f5 w3 b, J/ A0 ~# `balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be - Y1 E5 R2 c, w' w7 z) O- Z: v; L7 V/ L
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
7 f6 G7 k( c/ n8 W) Cschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 5 A' u2 W8 a2 r, n8 I8 j! L

" A1 ]! @" P9 }' p4 f18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ; c% B ^( i( }8 i" h
Keen ability to organize and lead 0 j, f* v P- a3 {# ]/ H
Regular attendance at meetings
~+ i0 Z6 _/ h4 q' n2 [% {1 DRelate well with other youth and adults
; D$ h- W# k. ` DWilling to be mentored and trained
