Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
# W& a+ P4 M5 Cservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing ! w* f G. Z/ m! s9 o- k
their development. . c8 l( F9 Z$ m; q3 g7 h _3 T* j
, Y) \1 J) ]4 t nTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first - Y1 Z3 A- c1 \
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( s/ h. f% v' lEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a z# u6 l$ G' i; E
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved % [4 N( m+ j& H+ A4 p, I# R
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You " h2 P# o( _, K+ O1 T8 H' W
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
8 i! j+ @7 C& ~' `" t: D# Obalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 2 D; _! k v5 }: p
accountable to the project coordinator.
0 f( p: w8 y+ l# g 0 h' K( Z {- h2 s7 N0 S8 k6 _
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 8 m3 c5 g4 ^" \ Z' b
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
3 ?7 j" W: z1 jdesirable.

Qualifications
6 l8 T0 h. Q# e( z8 u7 E0 }) X$ w% C* p18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
% g. H/ W* N6 X0 kKeen ability to organize and lead # j; I- b! k4 O& S; K8 K6 |( X
Regular attendance at meetings
/ h$ f7 l! M/ d' H0 [$ {4 W- QRelate well with other youth and adults & v$ w0 Z. b6 I9 ~ D
Willing to be mentored and trained : c+ u) s0 O6 I( c" F

$15 per hour plus benefits
