' f6 h+ P% w' F& Z2 Z, WTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
9 T0 }5 w8 _$ Qtheir development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
3 q' o! c' Z% R' s  Phand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
  b6 y' [: K; H+ FEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
, e6 J2 I* K2 C3 F% U4 [% p. Syouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
3 d- e# J# S/ S, Lin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
9 X: o  j7 h4 M( Pare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
" Z# H. \/ A* Z6 S/ [/ x* abalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

* I7 T+ W8 Z: nThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
' {3 q! q& T+ K2 ^5 {) i7 Z3 B! Mschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
& c6 j( T1 B3 B2 Y2 Adesirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
1 V6 M- A' p  KRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
2 |$ c. p1 _& t% Z2 A( f$15 per hour plus benefits
