4 l6 x& o1 f$ @, [5 I4 E2 LTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first : y2 d, J d9 J% x
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
& G& t1 s! Q; D5 \+ o" AEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 1 @$ i8 m' _0 G& y! g
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved * B8 E+ ~' z: Q1 w
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You + { \: i0 S) ^4 N g4 [
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ! J- ~8 F/ }: d% X0 s, {5 b
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 4 U) _4 p4 Q+ V5 g1 k* q9 m+ A
accountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 4 D1 a& z3 ~- [' ]7 n7 E
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is : A6 K3 ~. u& P( d, A N

Qualifications
2 J0 K/ M$ I$ N! z Y3 d+ C18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ; n$ V- o+ C, L8 `- I1 Y5 c
Keen ability to organize and lead
3 a7 d7 O% D }! i* H3 a$ A* IRegular attendance at meetings
2 F( ?7 A% m7 d. t! X: NRelate well with other youth and adults ) q6 _, L7 Q* y. g0 t% L
Willing to be mentored and trained + D5 X3 T, g: O3 y, `' I( ]
