- Checking guests in/out 3 e4 \ K) V8 l$ P% e
- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services( E% F/ E& r2 [! J5 Y
- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints 9 x7 v3 X- R& y; Q" O
- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash
" s, g" D" t a+ n% k! Y( U- Balance credit card machine : E! Q! g% P# J9 U5 `
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
* X) n, \3 R; _) r# z* w! H- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems . y/ D- U6 H" ^1 ]4 k, P
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment

Skills/Requirements:3 b4 f2 ~+ ^% P7 c' C) M
- Completion of High School
' `4 c( C4 D8 ^( N3 I# f- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
/ `% M* @5 I* e: i2 b- Good computer skills 6 U: j! f% @' H
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment
2 `" U3 j; [1 c: S- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills
g1 Q( o# d/ Y( D) s2 [- Ability to work night audit shifts and weekends , Y- b9 A$ C8 [
- Emerit professional certification for front desk agent is required
