Job Description
  T* A4 G2 \& v- Z: s* a. N' q) C•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
( \3 Q( c: q6 C4 q  t•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
8 N1 ^( W/ `" w! N2 k% G•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
& Q& M/ s& L  T. @2 t. ?3 k2 b•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
% K/ ?4 k* C9 y# l! B% [•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
+ F3 x8 V, k, y# C•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively

•        Strong interpersonal skills
/ c# H/ C- T! |" V/ d; ~2 v$ p•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
