Job Description
0 y  [' f- R8 m0 J" I$ o* \•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
& i8 j3 p1 `% |' s& b3 p* _6 a•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
6 N  G6 y- M9 Q" Z1 D( g' {•        Serve food and beverages
+ H& s8 a$ r$ T, G+ E0 N•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
) E; ?" s# c  M7 l) P•        Cleaning of work area
" E. J+ G- Y# a) W* e•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills

•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
