Job Description
* n. o* t; Y4 z4 k•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
7 H$ x7 y2 {4 M•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
8 Q! c2 R' {9 ?9 s& O•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
3 [& e6 g9 @) X•        Banquet room set up/tear down
0 O" @0 r' ?" o1 }9 z; t( T2 f  }•        Cleaning of work area
& ^* X+ {' ?7 q0 \4 Q! ~- f, ^•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
! t; g0 M4 [+ c( b+ W% l5 s•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

% d" j. t; {9 ~5 n  h! B•        Completion of secondary school is required
# s" V. U# t% e5 `0 q& D' o•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
5 C4 u+ c, h: ]" Q1 d( c$ B•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
+ V9 d2 j% G/ T2 ~7 @) k•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
