Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

Job Description
7 C/ ]+ O" M, b  V$ {1 _$ U-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
: G0 T% P* e& D6 p4 ^) y; N-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker* Z8 ^8 a& O$ ~2 b: k
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
  l7 C! N3 Y' r! |% _-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
& R+ {3 y; j" C0 W# d+ x/ U# @-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception/ n. I; {' ~8 }3 x

) _. @1 m# E9 b7 \" G/ dQualifications:4 ?# `2 _: F  m
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
: d- T1 a* b: p% m, u-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
3 R3 ]( B# E6 Y. i% s0 Y9 A1 E-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team) D1 C7 g6 W9 t( |
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
$ ?* r. I9 z3 i$ e4 U8 O- s" }2 {-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check* H9 |7 U5 X, }  d
