• Familiarize with the assigned process units2 c& H+ u/ Y) H- p' V) |
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. 4 n' I" V4 z) q7 Y: R
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
7 v6 ^0 E8 l/ v8 q• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
1 O9 T3 m2 V( g6 W2 K. s• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
e9 j+ R' M2 s• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.' [9 C- _- L$ D
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
