• Familiarize with the assigned process units
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
; k* l* c6 E# m& b' W/ E• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
1 L! W1 {% `7 H• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
& Q$ F3 S% A% e, C( f• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
