Job Duties / Responsibilities
5 L# }4 Y- s7 o9 r4 D. H• Familiarize with the assigned process units
8 y8 r- k" X* s3 o• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
  b4 M. G3 k/ O- ~) g; b• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
6 R0 X) V- C4 \  y& |• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
! h' x- H: h0 X/ b, Q4 U• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
