* a$ q# p2 C0 N z) _5 {% C9 ~, \• Familiarize with the assigned process units
; F- E. j$ X9 ~ F6 x• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
8 g+ b2 L; n* X' ]. y1 ^4 W5 G% w1 ^• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
6 j9 j- _ b7 g0 S. I& v5 H6 R/ w• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc., g, I. E% ]- Y! j5 u& Q
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation* T& z& M5 j+ o# N {5 S
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.0 ~* K2 E) M+ ~! ~7 N$ K
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers: `6 \4 n! v6 B# _
• Take up small study projects and prepare reports
