Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
% i; ?; o) Y  S, S. S' h- K! _Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
& i2 Z/ I/ E# i. L4 T3 F  C) HThe duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
/ N  N6 k( d  a' P3 {; q% hŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
- ~! z  s4 w( eŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
% k0 v# g* ]. @& }6 r6 rsupport;
' M" {' Y5 {4 s/ a3 vŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
# h9 {. x5 w- E+ Y; fimplementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
2 [9 X" Y, v* |& c6 }Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.

! f/ v4 \" I4 L4 B% [- CŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
education and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
9 ?' p8 D+ c6 w) y, {Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
8 [. n3 N, w. oŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
4 _' a- Y+ o! X0 y+ \$ s  o4 |Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
9 M2 b& Q) r6 i- x3 h1 o" J$ D$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
