ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.8 E! a$ I) O' K; l: e. \
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
1 M0 Z% I; _2 m- HŸ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into 0 }, E9 N6 O7 E+ @+ S: y. R
the organization;
2 B7 |' w# B$ `3 F& SŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
3 U0 W( t+ ]8 e, E$ ]8 d) JŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
# ~5 m, t/ g8 K9 esupport;8 F# t5 `& q8 ~' n
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
8 [+ i$ z& N( s1 }implementing staff wellness programs;+ c4 R, s" y- V7 ~! s7 W* `
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;1 V8 C7 ^+ Y* `% S/ `+ \
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;3 z8 \. I1 a$ N6 h0 b% T
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;! r0 L) Q! D: I, `% O

Qualifications:5 d2 _5 k& ?+ R8 p
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent / `- n$ \& ?- m- ~4 }( `) g5 @
education and experience;
6 ? n9 B1 x N/ ?Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;; Q7 B( w4 b, A* T
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
3 d& _8 ^, C! v6 b' ~Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both 9 P5 n: Y; z: A" C

Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range
* ]* c0 k# f4 l, ?. W$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. ) N* I! T/ J4 N/ h+ u" ^
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
