Duties# H& A4 h6 a( d3 P5 t& k C
Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
' W" n# s! c0 \9 VModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
# K" p! S# Z+ W2 O% X$ vCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
- E& ~+ q0 ~1 G3 }Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment* ]# h$ i6 B( }. ]
Qualifications
P( J% n! c+ P" t. Y: C5 Y1 W+ OB.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered5 f1 W2 w3 Z9 ~
Several years related experience in a similar environment, u- \/ B' e1 m& v# t* {
Knowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i V* ?4 E" w7 R! g
Knowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
